§ 64. Officers. The officers of every corporation shall include a\npresident, one or more vice-presidents, secretary and treasurer who\nshall be elected annually by the board of directors. The president and a\nfirst vice-president shall be members of the corporation or of a member\ncorporation, and shall be elected from among the directors. Other\nofficers need not be directors or members of the corporation. The\noffices of secretary and treasurer may be combined.\n
