§ 15. Filing certificate. No certificate of incorporation, and no\namendment thereof, and no certificate of merger or consolidation shall\ntake effect until it has been filed with the secretary of state. The\nsecretary of state shall provide copies of such certificates or\namendments to the commissioner of agriculture and markets or his or her\ndesignee upon request by corporation name.\n
