§ 94. Cannabinoid license applications.
1.Persons shall apply for a\nlicense under this article by submitting an application upon a form\nsupplied by the board, providing all the relevant requested information,\nverified by the applicant or an authorized representative of the\napplicant.\n 2. A separate license shall be required for each facility at which\nprocessing or retail sales are conducted; however, an applicant may\nsubmit one application for separate licensure at multiple locations.\n 3. Each applicant shall remit with its application the fee for each\nrequested license, which shall be a reasonable fee.\n
