§ 93 — Cannabinoid hemp retailer license

§ 93. Cannabinoid hemp retailer license. 1. Retailers selling\ncannabinoid hemp, in final form to consumers within the state, shall be\nrequired to obtain a cannabinoid hemp retailer license from the board.\n 2. The board shall have the authority to set reasonable fees for such\nlicense, to establish the period during which such license is\nauthorized, which shall be one year or more, and to make rules and\nregulations necessary to implement this section.\n
