§ 75. Nursery license.
1.A nursery license shall authorize the\nproduction, sale and distribution of clones, immature plants, seeds, and\nother agricultural products used specifically for the planting,\npropagation, and cultivation of cannabis by licensed adult-use\ncultivators, cooperatives, microbusinesses or registered organizations.\nFor the purposes of this section, the office shall provide\nrecommendations to the board for the application process, license\ncriteria and scope of licensed activities for this class of license. The\ngranting of such licenses shall promote social and economic equity\napplicants as provided for in this chapter.\n 2.
