§ 61. License application.

1.Any person may apply to the board for a\nlicense to cultivate, process, distribute, deliver or dispense cannabis\nwithin this state for sale. Such application shall be in writing and\nverified and shall contain such information as the board shall require.\nSuch application shall be accompanied by a check or draft for the amount\nrequired by this article for such license. If the board shall approve\nthe application, it shall issue a license in such form as shall be\ndetermined by its rules. Such license shall contain a description of the\nlicensed premises and in form and in substance shall be a license to the\nperson therein specifically designated to cultivate, process,\ndistribute, deliver or dispense cannabis in the premises therein\nspecifically licensed
