§ 37. Evaluation; research programs; report by board.
1.The board may\nprovide for the analysis and evaluation of the operation of this\narticle. The board may enter into agreements with one or more persons,\nnot-for-profit corporations or other organizations, for the performance\nof an evaluation of the implementation and effectiveness of this\narticle.\n 2. The board may develop, seek any necessary federal approval for, and\ncarry out research programs relating to medical use of cannabis.\nParticipation in any such research program shall be voluntary on the\npart of practitioners, patients, and designated caregivers.\n 3. The board shall collect data and publish information related to the\nmedical use of cannabis under this article and make appropriate\nrecommendations in its annual
