§ 36 — Reports of registered organizations
§ 36. Reports of registered organizations.
1.The board shall, by\nregulation, require each registered organization to file reports by the\nregistered organization during a particular period. The board shall\ndetermine the information to be reported and the forms, time, and manner\nof the reporting.\n 2. The board shall, by regulation, require each registered\norganization to adopt and maintain security, tracking, record keeping,\nrecord retention and surveillance systems, relating to all medical\ncannabis at every stage of acquiring, possession, manufacture, sale,\ndelivery, transporting, distributing, or dispensing by the registered\norganization, subject to regulations of the board.\n
