§ 18. Ethics, transparency and accountability. No member of the board\nor office or any officer, deputy, assistant, inspector or employee, or\nspouse or minor child of such member, officer, assistant, inspector or\nemployee thereof shall have any interest, direct or indirect, either\nproprietary or by means of any loan, mortgage or lien, or in any other\nmanner, in or on any premises where adult-use cannabis, medical cannabis\nor cannabinoid hemp and hemp extract is cultivated, processed,\ndistributed or sold; nor shall he or she have any interest, direct or\nindirect, in any business wholly or partially devoted to the\ncultivation, processing, distribution, sale, transportation or storage\nof adult-use cannabis, medical cannabis or cannabinoid hemp and hemp\nextract, or own any stock in
