§ 85 — Rules and regulations
§ 85. Rules and regulations. The corporation shall prescribe and\nenforce rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, governing\nnavigation on the canals and for the use of the terminals connected with\nthe canals and for the use of all other property of the corporation\nunder the corporation's control and maintained as a part of the canal\nsystem. The corporation shall provide rules and regulations for the\ngovernment of all employees under its control, engaged in the\nimprovement, repair and maintenance of the canals. It shall cause such\nrules and regulations to be printed and a copy filed in the office of\nthe department of state and a sufficient number distributed to the\nvarious district engineers and other field officers to be kept in their\nrespective offices for public ins
