* § 33. Misdemeanor. Any person or corporation who directly or\nindirectly conducts, holds or gives boxing or sparring matches or\nexhibitions or participates either directly or indirectly in any boxing\nor sparring match or exhibition as a referee, judge, match-maker,\ntimekeeper, corporation treasurer, box office employee, professional\nboxer, manager, trainer, second or announcer without first having\nprocured an appropriate license as prescribed in this act shall be\nguilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, partnership or corporation who\npromotes a professional wrestling match or exhibition in the state\nwithout first having procured an appropriate license in accordance with\nsection 28-b of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.\n Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to a
