§ 680-P — Severability
§ 680-p. Severability. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence,\nparagraph, section or part of this article shall be adjudged by any\ncourt of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not\naffect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be\nconfined in its operation to the word, phrase, clause, sentence,\nparagraph, section or part thereof directly involved in the controversy\nin which judgment shall have been rendered.\n
