§ 5050. Company finance. Notwithstanding the provisions of title five\nof this article, the allocation of profits and losses, and the\ndistribution of cash or other assets of a limited liability investment\ncompany or limited liability trust company shall be in accordance with\narticle five of the limited liability company law.\n
