§ 146. Saving provision. Nothing herein contained shall be interpreted\nor construed as approving any act, action or conduct which is or has\nbeen or may be in violation of existing law, nor shall anything herein\ncontained constitute a defense to any action, suit, or proceeding,\npending or hereafter instituted on account of any act, action, or\nconduct prohibited by law.\n
