§ 7. The amount payable by the port authority to the state of New York\npursuant to sections five and six of this act shall be paid by the port\nauthority into the treasury of the state of New York upon the thirtieth\nday of June, nineteen hundred thirty-one, or at an earlier date at the\noption of the port authority on five days' notice to the comptroller of\nthe state of New York, upon a voucher signed and audited by the said\ncomptroller, who is hereby authorized to consummate the said\ntransaction.\n
