§ 81. Sale, removal or slaughter of animals affected with\ntuberculosis. No animal showing physical evidence of tuberculosis or in\nwhich such disease shall have been indicated as a result of the\ntuberculin test shall be sold, except under the supervision of the\ncommissioner. No such animal shall be removed from the premises where\nexamined, or from any other premises, except upon the written permission\nof the commissioner. No such animal shall be slaughtered except under\nthe supervision of a veterinarian designated by the commissioner as\nprovided in section eighty-six of this chapter.\n
