§ ATTN — Notwithstanding That Chapter 73 of the Laws of 1983 Amends Subdivision (b) of

* Notwithstanding that Chapter 73 of the Laws of 1983 amends\nsubdivision (b) of Section 219 of the General Business Law, it is the\ndetermination of the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission, pursuant to\nbill sections 13 and 14 of Chapter 876 of the Laws of 1983, to juxtapose\nand transfer such subdivision to be subdivision 2 of Section 11.01, to\nChapter 11-C of the Consolidated Laws entitled "The Arts and Cultural\nAffairs Law", as enacted by such Chapter 876 of the Laws of 1983.\n * Notwithstanding that Chapter 851 of the Laws of 1983 adds\nsubdivision 10 to Section 672 to the Executive Law, it is the\ndetermination of the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission, pursuant to\nthe provisions of bill sections 13 and 14 of Chapter 876 of the Laws of\n1983, to juxtapose and transfer such subdivision, to be subdivision 10\nof Section 3.05, to Chapter 11-C of the Consolidated Laws entitled "The\nArts and Cultural Affairs Law", as enacted by such Chapter 876 of the\nLaws of 1983.\n * Notwithstanding that Chapter 967 of the Laws of 1983, repeals\nsection 202-b of the Labor Law, it is the determination of the\nLegislative Bill Drafting Commission, pursuant to the provisions of bill\nsections 13 and 14 of Chapter 876 of the Laws of 1983, to deem that\nSection 37.11 of Chapter 11-C of the Consolidated Laws entitled "The\nArts and Cultural Affairs Law", as enacted by such Chapter 876 of the\nLaws of 1983 is also repealed as of April 1, 1984 as such material will\nthen be covered by Article 27 of the Labor Law.\n * Notwithstanding that Chapter 993 of the laws of 1983 repeals and\nadds Article 12-E and (Sections 219-f and 219-g) to the General Business\nLaw, it is the determination of the Legislative Bill Drafting\nCommission, pursuant to the provisions of bill sections 13 and 14 of\nChapter 876 of the Laws of 1983, to juxtapose and transfer such article\nand sections to be Article 14 and (Sections 14.01 through 14.03),\nrespectively, to Chapter 11-C of the Consolidated Laws entitled "The\nArts and Cultural Affairs Law", as enacted by such Chapter 876 of the\nLaws of 1983.\n * Notwithstanding that Chapter 994 of the Laws of 1983 adds Article\n12-J and (Sections 228-m through 228-q) to the General Business Law, it\nis the determination of the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission,\npursuant to the provisions of bill sections 13 and 14 of Chapter 876 of\nthe Laws of 1983, to juxtapose and transfer such article and sections to\nbe Article 14-A and (Sections 14.51 through 14.59), respectively, to\nChapter 11-C of the Consolidated Laws entitled "The Arts and Cultural\nAffairs Law", as enacted by such Chapter 876 of the Laws of 1983, as of\nJanuary 1, 1984.\n * Notwithstanding that Chapter 996 of the Laws of 1983, adds Article\n25 and (Sections 660 through 665) to the Executive Law, it is the\ndetermination of the Legislative Bill Drafting Commission, pursuant to\nthe provisions of bill sections 13 and 14 of Chapter 876 of the Laws of\n1983 to juxtapose and transfer such article and sections to be Article 4\nand (Sections 4.01 through 4.11), respectively, to Chapter 11-C of the\nConsolidated Laws entitled "The Arts and Cultural Affairs Law", as\nenacted by such Chapter 876 of the Laws of 1983, as of April 1, 1984.\n
