§ 57.39. Reporting requirements. The commissioner of education, with\nthe advice of the New York state local government records advisory\ncouncil, shall report annually on or before March first to the governor\nand the legislature on the status of local government records\nmanagement, including a report of revenues and expenditures from the New\nYork state local government records management improvement fund for the\nprevious calendar year and appropriate recommendations.\n
