§ 57.33. Exclusions. The provisions of this article shall not apply\nto:\n 1. The records of any court, except as provided in section 57.35 of\nthis article.\n 2. The records of any city with a population of one million or more,\nand the records of any county contained therein, so long as the\ndestruction of the records of such city or county shall be carried out\nin accordance with the procedure prescribed by any existing law\nexclusively applicable to the destruction of the records of such city or\ncounty, provided that section 57.35 of this article shall apply to\ngrants for local government records management for supreme court records\nin the custody of the counties of New York, Kings, Queens, Richmond and\nBronx, and records under the jurisdiction of the department of records\nand
