§ 20.37. Cooperation with the state, counties and municipalities. Any\nagency or department of the state, of the county or of any municipality\nmay render such services to a trust as may be requested by the trust.\nUpon request of a trust, any such agency or department is hereby\nauthorized and empowered to transfer to the trust such officers and\nemployees as the trust may deem necessary from time to time to assist\nthe trust in carrying out its functions. Officers and employees so\ntransferred shall not lose their civil service status or rights. A trust\nmay enter into an agreement to pay, or cause to be paid by means which\nmay include an agreement with a participating cultural institution or\nnot-for-profit cultural organization, a developer or an owner,\ncompensation to the state,
