§ 704. Life insurance departments of savings and insurance banks. The\nlife insurance department of any savings and insurance bank shall be\nregarded as a domestic life insurance corporation for the purposes of\nthis article and such savings and insurance banks shall comply with and\nbe subject to all the provisions of this article with respect to the\nactions and transactions of such life insurance department.\n
