§ 7-101 — Transfer of functions of the atomic energy council
§ 7-101. Transfer of functions of the atomic energy council. All the\nfunctions and powers possessed by and all the obligations and duties of\nthe atomic energy council, created and established in the commerce law\npursuant to and by chapter nine hundred forty-seven of the laws of\nnineteen hundred sixty-eight, which council is hereby abolished, are\nhereby transferred and assigned to, assumed by and devolved upon the\nstate energy office.\n
