§ 653 — Form of petition or resolution
§ 653. Form of petition or resolution. The petition or resolution, as\nthe case may be, shall specify:
(a)the alternative form of county\ngovernment proposed, unless the form is a continuation of the existing\nform; and (b) the variation or variations proposed, if any, including\nany proposed transfer of functions or other additional arrangement\nauthorized by this chapter.\n
