§ 570.20 Execution of warrant; manner and place thereof.\n Such warrant shall authorize the police officer or other person to\nwhom directed to arrest the accused at any time and any place where he\nmay be found within the state and to command the aid of all police\nofficers or other persons in the execution of the warrant, and to\ndeliver the accused, subject to the provisions of this article to the\nduly authorized agent of the demanding state.\n
