§ 530.10 Order of recognizance release under non-monetary conditions or\n bail; in general.\n Under circumstances prescribed in this article, a court, upon\napplication of a defendant charged with or convicted of an offense, is\nrequired to issue a securing order for such defendant during the\npendency of either:\n 1. A criminal action based upon such charge; or\n 2. An appeal taken by the defendant from a judgment of conviction or a\nsentence or from an order of an intermediate appellate court affirming\nor modifying a judgment of conviction or a sentence.\n
