§ 50. Kinds of licenses. The following kinds of licenses may be\nissued for the brewing and sale of beer:\n 1. Brewer's licenses;\n 2. Brewer's retail licenses;\n 3. Wholesaler's licenses;\n 4. Vendor's licenses;\n 5. Licenses to sell beer at retail for consumption off the premises;\nand\n 6. Licenses to sell beer at retail for consumption on the premises.\n
