§ 411. Agreements with animal welfare organizations for assistance in\nemergencies and disasters. The commissioner is hereby authorized to\nenter into agreements with animal welfare organizations at no direct\ncost to the state to support the prevention of, preparedness for,\nresponse to, and recovery from emergencies and disasters affecting\nanimals in New York state.\n
