§ 406. Violations.
1.In addition to the penalties provided for\nelsewhere in this section, a pet dealer who violates any provisions of\nthis article may be subject to denial, revocation, suspension, or\nrefusal of renewal of his or her license in accordance with the\nprovisions of section four hundred four of this article.\n 2. Violation of any provision of this article, is a civil offense, for\nwhich a penalty of not less than one hundred dollars and not more than\none thousand dollars for each violation may be imposed.\n 3.
