§ 395. Alternative provisions relative to payment of interest to\nshareholders. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the\ncontrary the superintendent may adopt such rules or regulations as shall\npermit mutual savings and loan associations to pay interest on share\naccounts at the option of such association.\n
