§ 305. Payment of abandoned property after liquidation by\nsuperintendent of financial services.

1.Not later than the first day of\nOctober in each year the superintendent of financial services shall pay\nto the state comptroller all such abandoned property held by him which\nshall have become abandoned property at any time prior to the first day\nof July next preceding, excepting such abandoned property as since such\nfirst day of July shall have ceased to be abandoned.\n 2. Such payment shall be accompanied by a statement signed by the\nsuperintendent of financial services setting forth the name and last\nknown address of, and the amount owning to, each person appearing to be\nthe owner of any such abandoned property, or if the name is unknown, the\nnature and identifying number of t
