§ 279. Operation of certain collection and disposal facilities in\nSuffolk county. In the county of Suffolk, the county department of\nenvironmental conservation may contract with non-county sewer or\nwastewater disposal districts, private or public corporations,\nmunicipalities, government agencies, and individuals to operate and\nmaintain their sewage collection and disposal facilities including those\nfor scavenger waste on such terms and conditions as the county\nlegislature shall approve.\n
