§ 2604 — Calculation of gross sum in lieu of income

§ 2604. Calculation of gross sum in lieu of income. A gross sum\npayable to a party in lieu of the income of a sum of money paid into\ncourt for his benefit shall be calculated according to article four of\nthe real property actions and proceedings law.\n
