§ 2513. Action on undertaking to a public officer, board or municipal\ncorporation. A person for whose benefit an undertaking has been given to\na public officer, board or municipal corporation of the state may move,\non notice to persons interested in the disposition of the proceeds, for\nleave to bring an action in his own name for breach of a condition.\n
