§ 2102. Civil practice; general provisions; CPLR applicable. The CPLR\nand other provisions of law relating to practice and procudure in the\nsupreme court, notwithstanding reference by name or classification\ntherein to any other court, shall apply in this court as far as the same\ncan be made applicable and are not in conflict with this act.\n
