§ 2-114. Committees; rules of.
1.Each committee may prepare rules for\ngoverning the party within its political unit. Within ten days after the\nadoption of any rule or amendment thereto a certified copy thereof shall\nbe filed by the state committee in the office of the state board of\nelections, and by the county committee in the office of the state board\nof elections, and in the office of the board of elections of the county.\nIf a section or portion of such rules relate to the nomination of\ncandidates for village office, such section or portion of such rules\nshall be filed in the office of the village clerk of all villages in\nwhich elections are conducted by the village and in which the party\nmakes any nominations for village office.
