§ 2-112. Committees; organization.

1.Every committee shall meet and\norganize by electing a chairman, a secretary, a treasurer and such other\nofficers as they may pursuant to their rules.\n (a) Every state committee shall meet no earlier than September\nseventeenth and no later than October first following the June primary.\nUntil such organization meeting, the existing state committee shall\nexercise all legal authority. Upon the conclusion of such organization\nmeeting, the new state committee shall assume all legal authority vested\nin the previously organized state committee.\n (b) Every county committee shall meet no earlier than September\nseventeenth and no later than October sixth following the June primary.\nUntil such organization meeting, the existing county committee shal
