§ 185. Stop-use, stop-removal and removal orders.

1.Any weights and\nmeasures official shall have the power to issue stop-use orders,\nstop-removal orders and removal orders with respect to weights,\nmeasures, and weighing and measuring devices and systems, being or\nsusceptible of being commercially used, and to issue stop-removal orders\nand removal orders with respect to packages or amounts of commodities\nkept, offered or exposed for sale, sold or in process of delivery\nwhenever in the course of his enforcement of the provisions of this\narticle he deems it necessary or expedient to issue such orders.\n 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to use, or remove or fail to\nremove from the premises specified, as appropriate, any weight, measure,\nweighing or measuring device or syste
