§ 163 — Time of taking effect

§ 163. Time of taking effect. This chapter shall take effect July\nfirst, nineteen hundred thirty-four except that the state liquor\nauthority and the local alcoholic beverage control board may, prior to\nJuly first, nineteen hundred thirty-four, receive and entertain such\napplications for licenses or permits and take such other steps as may be\nnecessary or appropriate to permit this chapter to become effective and\noperative on July first, nineteen hundred thirty-four.\n
