Contracts for design, construction, service and materials.\nFor the purposes of article fifteen-A of the executive law only, the\nauthority shall be deemed a state agency as that term is used in such\narticle, and its contracts for design, construction, services and\nmaterials shall be deemed state contracts within the meaning of that\nterm as set forth in such article.\n  * NB There are 2 § 1143's\n
