§ 97A.070 — “False or fraudulent application” defined

Nevada·Title 8 COMMERCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS·Ch. 97A Debt
“False or fraudulent application” means any written request for the issuance of a credit card, whether or not on a form prescribed by an issuer, that contains an intentional error or mistake regarding any material fact.
