§ 92A.410 — Notification of stockholders regarding right of dissent

1. If a proposed corporate action creating dissenter’s rights is submitted for approval pursuant to a vote at a stockholders’ meeting, the notice of the meeting must state that stockholders are, are not or may be entitled to assert dissenter’s rights under NRS 92A.300 to 92A.500 , inclusive. If the domestic corporation concludes that dissenter’s rights are or may be available, a copy of NRS 92A.300 to 92A.500 , inclusive, must accompany the meeting notice sent to those stockholders of record entitled to exercise dissenter’s rights. 2. If a corporate action creating dissenter’s rights is submitted for approval pursuant to a written consent of the stockholders or taken without a vote of the stockholders, the domestic corporation:
