§ 92A.323 — “Statement of intent” defined

“Statement of intent” when used in reference to a proposed corporate action creating dissenter’s rights, means written notice of a stockholder’s intent to assert dissenter’s rights and demand payment for the stockholder’s shares if the corporate action is effectuated.
