§ 92A.230 — Signing of articles of merger, conversion or exchange
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 92A Mergers,· AUTHORITY, PROCEDURE AND EFFECT
Articles of merger, conversion or exchange must be signed by each foreign and domestic constituent entity as follows:
1.By an officer of a corporation, whether or not for profit;
2.By one of the general partners of a limited partnership;
3.By a manager of a limited-liability company with managers or by one member of a limited-liability company without managers;
4.By a trustee of a business trust; and
5.By one general partner of a general partnership.
