§ 90.800 — Summary order of Administrator; notice and opportunity for hearing; final order
1.As an alternative to provisions of chapter 233B of NRS for contested cases, the Administrator may commence a proceeding under NRS 90.420 , 90.510 or 90.550 by entering a summary order. This order may be entered without notice, without opportunity for hearing, and need not be supported by findings of fact or conclusions of law, but must be in writing.
2.Upon entry of summary order the Administrator shall promptly notify in writing all parties against whom action is taken or contemplated that the summary order has been entered and the reasons therefor. The Administrator shall send all parties against whom action is taken a notice of opportunity for hearing on the matters set forth in the order. The notice must state that the parties have 15 days after receipt of the notice to mail a writ
