§ 90.600 — Misleading filings
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 90 Securities· FRAUDULENT AND OTHER PROHIBITED PRACTICES
It is unlawful for a person to make or cause to be made, in a record filed with the Administrator or in a proceeding under this chapter a statement that the person knows or has reasonable grounds to know is, at the time and in the light of the circumstances under which it is made, false or misleading in a material respect.
