§ 90.560 — Filing of sales and advertising literature
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 90 Securities· EXEMPTIONS FROM REGISTRATION
The Administrator by regulation or order may require the filing of any prospectus, pamphlet, circular, form letter, advertisement or other sales literature or advertising communication addressed or intended for distribution to prospective investors, including clients or prospective clients of an investment adviser unless the security or transaction is exempt under NRS 90.520 or 90.530 or the investment adviser is exempt under NRS 90.340 or 90.345.
