§ 88A.730 — Registration of name
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 88A Business· FOREIGN BUSINESS TRUSTS
A foreign business trust may register with the Secretary of State under any name, whether or not it is the name under which it is registered in its state of organization, which includes the words “Business Trust” or the abbreviation “B.T.” or “BT” and which could be registered by a domestic business trust.
