§ 88A.600 — Filing requirements; fee; notice; regulations

1.A business trust formed pursuant to this chapter shall, at the time of the filing of its certificate of trust with the Secretary of State, or, if the business trust has selected an alternative due date pursuant to subsection 9, on or before that alternative due date, and annually thereafter on or before the last day of the month in which the anniversary date of the filing of its certificate of trust with the Secretary of State occurs, file with the Secretary of State, or, if applicable, on or before the last day of the month in which the anniversary date of the alternative due date occurs in each year, on a form furnished by the Secretary of State, a list signed by at least one trustee, or by some other person specifically authorized by the business trust to sign the list, that contains
