§ 88.607 — Termination of registration

Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 88 Uniform· REGISTERED LIMITED-LIABILITY LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS

The registration of a registered limited-liability limited partnership is effective until:

1.Its certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to NRS 88.405 ; or
2.The registered limited-liability limited partnership files with the Secretary of State a notice of withdrawal signed by a general partner. The notice must be accompanied by a fee of $100.
