§ 87.470 — Termination of registration
Nevada·Title 7 BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS; SECURITIES; COMMODITIES·Ch. 87 Partnerships· REGISTERED LIMITED-LIABILITY PARTNERSHIPS
The registration of a registered limited-liability partnership is effective until:
1.Its certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to NRS 87.520 ; or
2.The registered limited-liability partnership files with the Secretary of State a notice of withdrawal signed by a managing partner. The notice must be accompanied by a fee of $100.
